Validators
Validators are responsible for reviewing the submissions made by others. Each entry—whether a sky photo, a note, or a forecast—is routed to a randomly assigned group of validators. Identities are hidden. Judgments are made solely on content integrity.
Validation is structured around three key criteria:
Content match: Does the description align with the attached image or structured fields?
Environmental plausibility: Is the observation reasonable for the location and time provided?
Formatting compliance: Are required fields properly completed and readable?
Submissions that meet the confirmation threshold proceed to anchoring. Conflicting reviews may trigger additional validation rounds.
Sometimes, you’re not the one who observed it first.
But you're the one who decides whether it holds.
You see no names. No signals. Just what's submitted.
Validation doesn’t speak loudly, but the system doesn’t move without it.
