Scoring Mechanism

• Pattern significance (40%): Did the structure reflect a non-obvious or emerging trend?

• Index integration (35%): Was the curated set integrated into public map or system queries?

• Stability over time (25%): Does the grouping persist as new data appears?

Curator scoring is slower but aggregated into milestone pools.

Penalty Conditions

• Overcategorization: Excessive or arbitrary clustering leads to merge reversals

• Inconsistent tagging: Incoherent tags across similar patterns reduce integration score

• Lack of utility: Groupings never queried or used deprioritize curator visibility

Curators do not lose role access, but poor outputs receive no downstream reward.

Reward Distribution

• Rewards are distributed from a shared milestone pool based on indexing adoption

• Curation output must be used (queried or mapped) to trigger reward

• Payouts are processed monthly and weighted by curation score percentile

• Curators can view usage stats for their tagged data sets
